What is the best year Grand Cherokee to buy?

Hey everyone, I’m thinking about getting a used Jeep Grand Cherokee, but I’m not sure which model year to go for. In your experience, which year has the best balance of reliability, performance, and features? Any advice would be awesome!

I would say the 2018 Grand Cherokee is a great pick. It has a refined interior, good safety features, and the 3.6L V6 engine performs really well. Plus, it’s relatively recent without being too pricey.

For a balance of performance and features, check out the 2017 Grand Cherokee. It’s still got a lot of tech, handles well, and doesn’t break the bank. The Summit trim is especially nice

I had a 2016 Grand Cherokee and loved it. It’s one of the years before the big redesign, so you get all the solid build quality and features without some of the tech issues that popped up later
