Upgrading My 2023 Sport S....Thoughts on Swapping Shocks and Springs with Rubicon Takeoffs?

Hellos…I just picked up a 2023 Jeep Sport S with the EcoDiesel engine last night, and I’m excited to start modifying it. I’m considering swapping out the shocks and springs with takeoffs from a Rubicon model to improve the ride and off-road capability. I’m also thinking about adding some KO2 tires to complete the upgrade.

Has anyone here done a similar swap? What are your thoughts on using Rubicon takeoffs for the Sport S? Are there any specific considerations or issues I should be aware of before making the swap? Additionally, any advice on installing the KO2s or other modifications that pair well with this setup?

I’d appreciate any suggestions or insights from those who have experience with these upgrades. Thanks

Rubicon springs are not anything to write home about, as I recall. The extra height of the Rubicon comes from higher fenders. I purchased some Rubicon shocks for $150, but I’m not impressed. They feel too light. I got them because I ruined my original shocks from excessive heat, but the Rubicon shocks failed even quicker.
