Has anyone had to take out the power window switch on a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited L? I thought it worked like the older models where you could just pop it off, but I ended up breaking the plastic trim. Do I need to take off the whole door panel? And can I buy the trim for the switch separately, or does the entire internal panel need replacing?
The whole switch usually snaps in from the top. It’s held by two strong clips on each side.

Should I keep trying to work it out from the middle of the armrest?

Actually, I might’ve given you the wrong info—I was looking at the wrong diagram. Let me find a better one for this switch and post back here.

Does your switch look like this one?
You’ll need to take off the whole door panel and remove the switch from the inside. Not sure about the trim, but you might check Mopar Parts Giant—they usually have pictures of individual parts.
