The 2022 Jeep 392 was parked in a parking lot and hadn’t been started in over a week. I got a call this morning that it caught fire and burned to the ground. The fire department said it started near the fuse box or wiring harness. Has anyone else had this happen?
Well…that just sucks. I’m sorry. Nope, I haven’t heard of that. To answer your question directly.
Any aftermarket accessories?

Just a drop-down step rail.
There have been many reports of Jeeps being off and still catching fire due to faulty wiring in the steering. Not sure if the 392 is affected by this.
Damn!
Damn… I hate to see that.
The engine has a lot of carbon buildup.
So sad and maddening. I hope insurance will cover it for you.
You know, I may start disconnecting the battery when it’s parked for a while. My dad custom ordered a 23 when it became known the V8s were done.
