What can I do to make this look better?

Here’s a pic of my Jeep. What changes would you suggest to improve the look?

Not a fan of the short sidewall tires. Some 17” wheels & tires with taller sidewalls would look much better.

I wish I could upvote this more than once. I don’t get the huge wheels and skinny sidewall tires on big trucks and Jeeps.

Downsize on the wheels. The rest looks pretty good. The large rims, small sidewall, and huge poke make it look a bit odd. I’d tuck the wheels into the guards by getting a higher offset and use some 16” rims with taller sidewalls.

Honestly, it’s the wheels. 35x20s aren’t a good look. Go for some 17-18s with more rubber on those tires. Also, consider a short front bumper.

Take off two doors, get some real tires and rims, and get it dirty.

Nice to see this bumper on a Jeep. I was thinking of getting one but was worried it would cover all the way to the fenders, but it looks great!

Wheels and bumpers.

Ditch the chrome, get smaller wheels for more sidewall, and add some trail scratches and mud.

Remove the gray/silver covers from the rear bumper (it’s just screwed in on the back side and then snaps off). If you plan on going off-road, you’ll want more sidewall for the tires and a way to carry your spare tire.

More rubber, less rim. A nice set of 15s would look awesome.

Get it dirty.

I’d be more concerned about engine cooling.

Black out the headlights, replace the wheels with anything but chrome, and add a tire on the rear. This is pretty much the advice I give to everyone. For some reason, I always associate chrome with Mall Crawlers.

@Wren
Blacked-out lights are a bad idea. Not everyone does it right, and it can be dangerous if not done properly. So many people around here black out their lights (head and tail lights). We get thick fog sometimes, and those with blacked-out lights are harder to see until you’re right on them.

Black rims and different tires. I like the rest!

Trade it in for a JL or a TJ. Even as a fellow JK owner, these Jeeps just aren’t my thing. I don’t know how they made it through the design phase as they are.
