Remote start not working on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee… what’s going on?

The remote start on my Jeep doesn’t always work. The battery in the fob is fine. Anyone know what could cause this?

Then I’m not sure. For ours, the remote start wouldn’t work when the check engine light came on because of an O2 sensor issue. Once I cleared the code, the remote start would work again until the light came back.

It feels random. Sometimes it works fine, but most of the time it doesn’t. Really frustrating.
