I’ve been leasing my Jeep since 2020, and dealing with Ally has been a nightmare. Their customer service is just awful. Has anyone else had problems with them? How did you handle it?
I leased my Wrangler through Ally in 2020 and honestly haven’t had any problems.
This is my second vehicle with Ally. Both experiences have been smooth for me.
The only time I had trouble was when I missed a payment. That was on me, not them. If they’re contacting you, there might be something that needs sorting out.
I financed my Grand Cherokee with them in 2021—no issues. My daughter also financed her Journey in 2020 and a Cherokee last summer, both through Ally, and everything went fine for her too.
I had a terrible experience with them on my old lease. The inspector tried to charge me for a paint job after they had already accepted the car. Then, in the notes, they claimed the car was dirty, even though they tell you not to worry about detailing it before returning it.
Their attitude changed real quick after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
