Just got myself a '97 Wrangler and snagged a good deal on it. The only downside is it has a LoadRunner body kit installed, which gives it a Hummer-like appearance. If you’re not familiar, you can Google “Wrangler LoadRunner” to see what I mean.
I’m looking to get opinions from body experts on how much it might cost to remove the kit and restore the Jeep to its original look. These kits are pricey—I’ve seen them online for around $2000. Do you think I could negotiate a deal where they keep the kit and help me revert the Jeep? Also, I’ll need a new hood to complete the transformation.
